Could you explain why Microsoft's flag ship development product(s) ( C# .Net ) still have no native support for Microsoft's DirectX?

Chuck:
Hello fellow graphic enthusiast! What great timing for this question. Microsoft just released Beta 3 of DirectX version which includes .NET Framework support for C# and the other 30+ .NET Languages. If you are not on the current DirectX beta program, not to worry as DirectX 9.0 is now available.

If you attended one of my MSDN update session on GDI+ then you already saw what DirectX 9.0 is capable of doing with my 494 line Visual Basic.NET demo showing a full motion swimming dolphin doing 300 Frames Per Second.
