i am finalising my postgraduate studies in Msc Regional development planning and mangement. i come from Uganda and have seen in pains how many development projects are failing due to lack of proper budget mangement. i decided to to pursue the above course to create achange in my community. The course has offered me excellent training in project planning and management but with exception of budget mangement.

i am so happy your site has offered me some important informative clue on the matter. i am looking forward to having better training on how to manage development project's budget if given any opportunty. could you be having any more better material on the same, please i welcome it with both open hands
